Chabad on Campus International | Seed Grant Application for Current Shluchim

Dear Shliach and Shlucha,

Thank you for your interest in applying for a Rohr Family Seed Grant.

Chabad on Campus International facilitates matching seed grants from the Rohr Family Foundation for campus Shluchim. Both the Shliach and the university must be approved by the Chabad on Campus Vaad (Executive Shluchim Committee) to be considered for a matching seed grant.

The following is the process for obtaining a seed grant:

  • Complete and submit the application below.
  • Ensure that the Head Shliach completes and submits an application.
  • Meet with Rabbi Avi Weinstein of Chabad on Campus International.
  • Complete and submit personality assessment tests.
  • Meet with at least two members of the Chabad on Campus Vaad for an in-person interview.
  • Meet with Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky 
  • Once approved by the Vaad, the Head Shliach and campus Shluchim will finalize an agreement. The Chabad on Campus Vaad will need to review and approve the agreement on behalf of the Rohr Family Foundation.
  • The campus Shluchim will need to accept the terms of the grant.

Please review the application below thoroughly prior to starting to complete it. Once you have all of the required information please complete and submit it. Please note that this information gets sent to Mr. George Rohr.

The approval process for seed grant applications can take from a few weeks to a few months depending a numerous variables. To speed up the process, please be sure to complete all of the requirements listed above.
