My senior year of college, missionaries—specifically targeting Jewish students—were rampant on my campus at the University of California, S. Diego. It seemed that no matter where you turned someone was proselytizing with threats of what would happen if we didn’t agree to their “truth.”
Granted, most of the students would ignore their pleas and walk right by. But every so often I would see one, like a deer in the headlights, stop and listen, questioning if perhaps the answers to all the overwhelming philosophical questions that person was having could maybe be answered by the man with the pamphlet.

Did you hear there are parents who still haven’t named their children until William and Kate choose their son’s name? Remarkably, there were even women inducing labor to give birth on the same day!
As happy as I am that a healthy baby boy was brought into this world, more important than who his parents are or what his upbringing will be is ultimately the type of person he will become.
