Rabbi Didy Waks is certain that a Torah scroll has never been completed in the village of Clinton. But that will change next month. The Chabad of Clinton, also called the Chabad House, is currently housing an almost-complete copy of the Jewish religious text. The remaining letters needed to finish it will be added at 3 p.m. Sept. 10 by a professional scribe who is traveling from Brooklyn for that purpose.
